Workshop

What is the workshop about?

It is an explorative, inspiring, interactive workshop grounded in real-life stories to answer such questions as “How to really engage people in changes ?” or  “How to lead successful transformations?”.

“Many people say change is needed here, but the number of people who take action is, well, very, very limited”. Those driving change often find themselves wretched and isolated. This situation is so common that we almost accept this frustrating barrier as the very nature of change.

But it doesn’t have to be that way.

To grow the capacity for change in people and organizations we need to talk about Leadership. Many do that, but to thrive in times of change we need to aim much higher and go well beyond those 5% or so who have it as part of their job description.

During the workshop we will present and discuss a set of principles, processes and methods to significantly grow the number of people answering the call for leadership. It will provide actionable insights into implementing change successfully, with the help of many.

Who is this workshop for?

  • Anyone concerned with building capacity in their organization and its people to execute strategy, deliver results, shift culture, cope with change.

What will we cover?

  • Learn about leadership research. The workshop goes well beyond the famous 8 steps process of leading change and brings to life some of the latest research and solutions of Prof. John Kotter on creating a dual operating system (Hierarchy and Networks) for organizations to thrive in times of accelerated change.
    • Reflect on real life stories. We will discuss Celine’s & Holger’s concrete implementation experiences in organizations. Successes, failures and what we have been learning from them.
    • Put heads together around your challenges. You will share your transformation opportunities and we will brainstorm in small groups on ways to have more people answering the call for leadership.
